My friend has an Australian shepherd mix and she is due to have her puppies any day now. My sister and I are both going to get one. My friend has taken Ecko (The dog) to get an ultrasound, but I cant get a hold of her to ask her how much pups there will be. So do you have any idea how much puppies on average Aussies have?

Well my mom really wants to get a dog and seems very serious. She wants a small dog that will not be to loud and obedient. Their is a 12 year old son and a 15 year old girl in the family.My mom likes chihuahuas but I heard those weren’t great to keep with kids and were a bit nippy and loud. What would be the best dog for us considering this is going to be our first time owning a dog?
