He’s taken outside for 10 minutes, and returns indoors, smelling like a stinky outside dog. The odor only lasts 10-15 minutes or until the dog cools down, then the normal clean smell is back. Anyone know why they smell bad for the short period of time?

I take her outside like once every thirty minutes and just will not go outside no matter how long i keep her out there or walk her.
