Ive been wanting a sheltie for a while and a companion for my beagle

He’s one year old, we keep him outside, and he often pees on his food, his water, his chewing toys. Any ideas on what could trigger this behaviour and how to make it stop?
We don’t have any other dogs, and he’s not neutered.

My dog drags his bottom until it bleeds, and he never has an anal gland issue. I started giving him benadryl, and he stopped dragging his bottom, but then started scratching one ear until it bleeds. It’s a vicious cycle. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what can i do to stop it?

I just want to make sure that she is ok and is not suffering from an illness or a deficiency.
