My one year old boxer is an awsome dog and I’m wondering how long it will take my boxer to adjust to the new adition to the family. Also my boxer is big and likes to play rough. I’m protecting my new puppy like crazy. At what age will my beagle pup be able to play a little rough without risking getting hurt. Oh also they are both boys.

Best information for the new folks taking home their new puppy. Regardless of the breed this book takes the new puppy owner through the steps of raising a well adjusted family pet. Plus a section for the breeder before the puppy leaves for its new home.
My german shepherd puppy is 10 weeks old and I have been feeding him regular puppy food. My breeder said I should wait a certain amount of time before I feed him large breed puppy food because of something that has to do with how fast it makes them grow & it’s now good for them???
Has anyone heard of this or do you know if I should start feeding him large breed puppy food yet? Thank You
