You first have to rule out any medical causes for this. Drinking her own urine is something I never heard of before. She needs a complete work up by your Vet. If there is nothing wrong with her then you need to consider 2 other things.
1. It can be early spay incontinence. This should be discussed with you Vet to see if there is anything you can do.
2. Its behavioral. Make her crate smaller, control her water and give her more frequent outings with positive reinforcement for peeing outside. Get a seasonal panty, line with a sanitary pad and put it on her anytime she is in the house. So if she pees, she goes on herself.

I’ve never owned a beagle but I’ve heard they can be a bit stubborn. Do not ever physically harm your dog! Negative reinforcement never works! Try feeding and giving her water at least a couple of hours before bedtime. ALWAYS bring them to the bathroom before going into the crate and after. Good Luck!
how long is she kept in the crate for? you’ll have to start taking her out like she’s an 8 week old puppy all over again. take her out every 2-3 hours. she shouldn’t be in the crate for 6+ hrs at a time. take her out more to break her habit of urinating in the crate, esp drinking it, she’s drinking it because she KNOWS not to urinate in the place she sleeps, but she can’t help it so either she is in there too long or has a medical illness (UTI?). this is not behavioral. if it was, she wouldn’t be trying to clean up her mess.
If the dog is completely healthy and vet checked, then I would place a pad on the bottom of the crate that would soak up the urine so she can’t drink it. This way the dog will begin to stop urinating because most dogs don’t like sitting in their own urine.
