Should beagles and gibbons have more rights than rapists and murderers?

Shouldn’t we medically test on someone who is without a shadow of a doubt guilty, rather than hurt mans best friend or one of your closest relatives? Isn’t the fact animals can’t follow/comprehend social contract a reason they don’t have rights? Why should we hold any regard for those who know better yet refuse to obey?
I say medically test on all murderers and rapists, rather than using beagles or gibbons, don’t you?
No.
I will say I’m against animal rights of ANY kind. I hate animal cruelty, but animals should not have the same rights as humans. I am also strongly against animal testing, but then again, not because they have rights, but because it’s cruel and unnecessary.
As for medically testing the truly guilty, I say if someone rapes or murders a child, then they should be subject to cruel and unusually punishment.
No. Paid “volunteers”.
Cruelty to any of our fellow sentient beings is wrong.
