Wow thanks a lot I’m actually thinking about getting a dog for the 1st time in which I’m aiming to get a husky & from what I’ve heard they don’t take “alone time” very well. Which became my most? serious issue ( next to obedience ). This is really helpful.
@DarkandJaded Hi, I have this problem too and I just noticed that you made that comment 11 mo ago. Did you ever get a resolution? I have 2 chihuahua’s who are notorious for this! We never knew until one? day we left and forgot the cell phone, went home and heard the screams! It was horrible!
Let me know how you are dealing with it now. Thanks
haha, bernie IS hot! I think? she’s saying they’d follow us to the ends of the earth.

A five minute video was not needed to say: “walk the dog and put him in his mancave before leaving for the? day”
My problem is with my Mini schnauzer and he barks and howls when we leave, he does it for? a long time and we have been threatened with eviction.
We have tried treating him when we leave and come back and leaving a TV on and he still does it, his howl is so weird and loud it sounds like an alarm. I don’t want to give up my dog, what should I do? Do you think a crate would help?
