@pinkfairygrl1029 That is true. You should also not drink a whole glass of water down at once and then wait for 5? hours before you drink something again. You body can only take up a certain amount of water at a time, so the best thing is to have a bottle and drink down a couple of gulps with regular intervals. That way you will also eliminate the feeling of “drowning” your body.
Water is generally very important, as it not only flushes out toxins but keep the organs working at their best.
