I got my beagle puppy when she was 10 weeks old. She’s usually fine and happy, but there are times when she starts to shake, sort of like she’s cold, but even when i hug her or try to keep her warm, she keeps shivering. She also has a lot of saliva. She sometimes makes a fast movement with her head and a wad of saliva comes flying out. im scared that there’s something wrong with her. She’s only gotten her first set of shots…not including rabies. please someone help?
she has a puppy bed and theres a blanket in it too… could she be sick?
She is probably cold.. If you hold her she won’t instantly become warm.. Get her a puppy bed and blanket.
My dog shivers when he’s excited or nervous..
COLD OR THE CHILLS
awww she’s probably so cute hehe….cold
puppies do this when they are very anxious/excited. The saliva doesnt really mean much, and NO most likely does not have some sort of disease if she has had her set of shots. The head thing could just be her way of having fun, who knows. but if you think that there is a problem, wich i think you do since you bbothered to post this, then i would take her into a vet. saving 35 bucks for a vet visit is not worth a sick puppy. =/
hope this helps!
Is she being fed more then once a day? Make sure she is getting fed 3 times a day. It could possibly be hypoglycemia.
Maybe she is having a seizure. I really don’t know. It could be anything going on with her. Only a vet can diagnose your puppy.
I would talk to the vet about this. Something really doesn’t sound right to me.
