How to tell what color puppies eyes will be?

Out of a litter of rottweilers, whose eyes are supposed to be dark olive for AKC or considered a fault for lighter eyes, how fast can you tell when their eyes change from the typical dark blue that a lot of puppies (like human babies) have when they are first born? I don’t mind the lighter eyes and I have pick of the litter but if I adopt by 2 months is that enough time to see her eye color?
Two months should be an adequate amount of time to wait for the color change to occur. It usually occurs after a few weeks, but may also take almost 6-7 weeks.
