I picked my dog up and she cryed really badly and now I l=think she pulled a musle but she;s resting and she’s really tired! Is she going to die?? please message me personaly

my mini doxie’s ears have black specs in them it looks like dirt idk should i be concerned?
Thanks for the videos. Very helpful. My new older rescue westie/maltese? mix is very healthy. But… I didn’t know about the anal glands, his anus appears a bit raised, hemerrhoids,sp? I will check with our vet, thanks again for the info.
