Washington’s Beagle is downed and concussed, then mocked. From CBC’s The National_____ CBC is a registered trademark of The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. CBC = propaganda! Beagle payed Letang a cheapshot and recieved what was deserved in the physical game of hockey. Granted the taunting was wrong and Asham did apolgize after the game saying he was “caught up in the moment” of the game. That is the only story here, and get these homosexuals off the CBC news broadcast! They are terrible, CBC desperately needs to find some more “Peter Mansbridge” types.
This is just the usual anti-fighting propaganda. CBC missed the real story: the taunting afterward was completely unacceptable. The growing number of serious injuries in the NHL can be largely attributed to the increasing loss of respect between players. This incident takes that lack of respect to a whole other level. If the league doesn’t squash this right now, I really worry about the future of the game.
This is typical CBC BS. No mention about the cheap shot that Beagle delivered to Letang before the fight.
